We run several events throughout the year that are open to the public. We invite all community members to come and take advantage of our plant sales , tour, and ceremony.
Spring Plant & Rummage Sales

(the day before Mothers' Day!)
Fall Plant Sales

(-the Saturday after Labour Day!)
Held at Thornhill Community Centre in the north west corner of the parking lot. Everyone is welcome to come purchase plants for their garden. We will have a rummage sale table as well.

Annual Garden Tour

$20.00 pp
Our summer highlight is a self-guided tour of beautiful Thornhill gardens. There will be 12 gardens on the tour.
Tickets will be available for purchase from mid-June.
Tickets must be purchased in advance this year.

Youth Bursary
There are opportunities to apply for a bursary. These are awarded to Thornhill students enrolled in full time post-secondary studies related to Horticulture and/or Environmental Sciences.
Community Service Volunteer Hours
We have many opportunities for high school students to volunteer as they gain their required community service hours:

You'll be surprised how quickly you can accumulate your 40 hours and learn some new skills too!
